Have you ever noticed your style of eating? Have you ever noticed your style of eating may be reflective of the manner in which you do other activities?

The object is to learn about your style of eating to see if your style does relate to hunger fullness and what you desire to eat. Some People become so engrossed in what they are doing or trying to avoid what they are feeling they become unaware of eating. This type of is eating may be in response to an emotion rather than physical hunger.

Free Food Eating

In this difficult economy people often feel they should take advantage of free food. This eating is promoted byall-you-can-eat buffets and cheap food.

Unable to Resist Compelling Food

Some foods are so compelling it is like they are pulling people towards them. The presence of food that one loves siting in front of them can be impossible to resist.Some of this can be candies, or cookies siting on counters at work. Or special food at holidays.

Deprivation Eating

Feeling fat constantly dieting, or eating a very restrictive diet and fitness can be very difficult. Anguishingover each food morsel and its effect on thebody.Deciding if a specific food is legal or not can only go so far. At some point one may feel deprived and start to binge.

The Goal

The goal is to find a style of eating that includes knowing when your hungry and allowing yourself to eat at that time.Recognizing when your full and being able to stop eating. Most importantly eating mindfully enjoying thepleasure of the food you are eating.
